ROLE DESCRIPTIONSuccessful State Farm Agent is seeking a Licensed experienced qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of an Account Manager. - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet outreach goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Property & Casualty license must currently have or willingness to obtain.
- Life and Health license must have currently or willingness to obtain
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation $43,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
