ROLE DESCRIPTIONSuccessful State Farm Agent is seeking a Licensed experienced qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of an Account Manager. We seek an experienced, energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and servicing existing policy holders.   • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet outreach goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Property & Casualty license must currently have or willingness to obtain.
  • Life and Health license must have currently or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Compensation $43,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
